IMPORTANT
Clean your still in a 50/50 white vinegar-water solution before using and when it has not be used from a number of months.
By default the electric plates are set to 220 V (suitable for New Zealand’s power supply). Use the voltage selector on the underside of the electric plate to set the voltage to 110 V if required.
